Operations
We have designed the distribution center as an integrated system linking eight work units:
Receiving, Warehousing, Dispatching,Packing, Checking, Delivery, Claims, and Credits. Each work unit will perform a series of activities by operators as well as supervisors.
Written procedures have been developed to monitor these activities and assure internal control that will guarantee compliance with the company’s quality standards and federal and local regulations. All written procedures are subjected to continuous evaluation processes to validate consistency and identify areas of opportunity, key to business continual improvement.
